Need some opinions before going to the doctor!

Hii everyone,

I have had a yeast infection for the past two weeks pretty much, and my long distance boyfriend came to visit me this past week. It was bad timing, but it was so nice to see him and obviously we couldn’t hold back from sex. After he left I noticed that the yeast infection has definitely gotten worse (predictably since we kept having sex) but now I have these little sores. Has anyone gotten sores that look like herpes from a yeast infection? We are monogamous and I got tested two weeks ago just as a check up. I came back clean, but should I be worried? I have had yeast infections before but never to the point of getting open sores down there. Can anyone help me out?
