I think my body is reacting weird to my pill

So I’ve been on the pill for 8 months now. The last time I had sex was New Year’s Day and it was also the last day of my period. Like I said I’m on the pill and take it perfectly, my boyfriend wears a condom, and he pulled out. I checked the condom, and I’m 99% sure that there were no holes in it. Nothing leaked out. Now here is the weird part. Exactly 7 days later I had some spotting. And ever since then my discharge has had a brown tint. My period isn’t due for another 11 days now. What’s going on? Should I be worried?
