Nervous leaving baby to go to an interview

Baby boy has been super attached lately, rightfully so I’m a STHM but I really want to get my career back on track. I don’t want to leave the burden of my student loan debt to my husband. My step dad has agreed to take care of my baby boy while I’m away at the interview. My son is not used to be being babysat by anyone, we hardly ask for help. It’s killing me to think something could go wrong.

How am I supposed to manage going back to work if I don’t even want to leave to go to an interview. If I do get the job I’d have to look for day care as everyone in my family works full time. Never imagined how torn I would feel about all this.
