Baby won't sleep in bed

My 9 week old has previously been really good at sleeping in his bed next to ours but the last few nights he'll fall asleep on me while he has his bottle then as soon as I put him in his bed he wakes up and twists. He had his jabs yesterday and spent 3 night in hospital last week with bronchiolitis and so think he's just a bit out of sorts but I'm not getting much sleep through it meaning my energy levels are low and I'm feeling down does anyone have any tips on how I can get him settled again??
