Naps?

Anyone else have a 4 month old or infant that screams bloody murder when you try to get them to nap? I have tried everything and nothing works. She doesn’t want to go to sleep and it ends up being a fight. She is obviously tired. Rubbing eyes, red eyes, and eye lids closing and getting heavy. When she realizes what’s happening the fight starts. She screams. No crying, just screams. Refuses pacifier and bottle. I have tried letting her cry in her crib, and it just makes it worse. She screams and then gets so worked up that she can’t go to sleep. Refuses bottle. I know a bottle before sleep is bad because it teaches them to need one to sleep, but I’m going crazy with the screaming. Right now she is ready for naps around every 2 hrs. Any advice? Anyone else struggling with the same thing? I feel so alone right now. No one else has to deal with this side of her but me.
