Rash?

My 2 week old has this on her face... any idea what it could be?

I second what previous poster said. If theres any other symptoms I'd see pediatrician to rule out allergies. It could just be really bad baby acne but better to be safe than sorry. And the pediatrician can give you something to clear it up regardless of what it is. It looks painful.

My son got a terrible rash on his face because he was intolerant to the milk protein in my breastmilk. As soon I switched to hypoallergenic formula it went away. My son was also spitting up a lot.
