Sorry for the long story but please read fully

I had my first depo shot on July 8, 2019 at 4:09pm at my OBGYN. Everything went fine no real bad side effects besides break through bleeding for about 2 1/2 weeks 🤦🏽‍♀️ I had finally stopped bleeding but continued to cramp all through out until my next appointment which was Sept 27, 2019. I went in at 8:00am because that was my appointment time and got my shot by 8:30am and I told them about my cramping and they just said it could be my uterus slightly tilted one way from when I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. I shrugged it off and used Motrin and Tylenol for pain as well as a heating pad and nothing worked. On Nov. 11, 2019 I found out I was pregnant by taking 2 home pregnancy tests and of course both popped up positive right away🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️I hadn’t bled since about Oct. 25, 2019 and when I called my doctors they said it was probably break through bleeding again 🤷🏽‍♀️so of course I listened. Well I knew I was pregnant before I took the test because my stomach already grew a little to where I could notice so I went to the doctors and had an ultrasound done as well as blood work and I found out I was pregnant. I had 2 sacs in my uterus both measuring 8 weeks, 1 was completely empty though. I was sent home to “see what happens” and came back Nov. 29, 2019 to “see what had happened” and the sac with a little something in it had shrunk since I started bleeding right after my last appointment since they did an internal sonogram. I was scheduled for a D&C on Dec. 11, 2019. I bled out most of what I had left in me before they could take it out for me which was traumatic....now skip forward to my 6 week post op appointment on Dec 27, 2019 they scheduled me early since the New Year and I was perfectly fine besides a few blood thick clots were stuck in my uterus so they put me on Methylergonovine for 2 days to stop my bleeding which I passed those clots myself and finally I am not bleeding as of a week and a half ago. Well I went to my Doctors on Jan. 13, 2020 because I wanted to start birth control but they won’t let me start for 2 weeks since I had unprotected sex on New Years with my boyfriend since we were a little drunk and now I’m having a slight discharge. It’s white like a milky white and doesn’t have a foul odor and it’s kinda watery. Can anybody possibly give me some answers ? TIA. Sorry for the long story
