Possible twins- thoughts?

Update: tech only found 1 baby and says I have subchorionic hematoma.. and that’s why dr saw two sacs( told tech dr said one sac two babies) also I was 8 weeks 3 days for new ultrasound not 10 weeks as it says... hubby still suspicious it’s twins😐

Dr said she has high suspicions that I’m have twins(in same sac so identical) but only 7 weeks 4 days at ultrasound so she couldn’t be positive.
