Leap? Going crazy

My little nurseling is 9 weeks old and every single night nurses for up to 5 hours straight. Sometimes 2.5 but no less than that. Tonight is a 5 hour night and she isn't sleeping well all of a sudden. She is seriously awake most of the day, has about 3 or 4 thirty minute naps and is awake from about 5pm-2 or 3am. She's content for most of that time but then nursing a ton and getting overtired around midnight.. I think today is day 5 or 6 I can't remember. I have an oversupply so she's getting plenty of milk (she gains about 2oz a day) Is this a leap? I'm exhausted and my nipples are chapped and peeling again.. She also smiles and coos at soothers most of the time 😭
