I could really do with some help...

Hey I’m new! I was wondering if someone could help me..I can’t for the life of me remember when my monthly was in November however I know it was before my lady test on the 20th.

I had some spotting on the 15th of December very light and didn’t last long atall.

This month there’s no sign of my monthly...Iv done two tests and both are negative.

Literally pulling my hair out here.....any thoughts?
