Interview @ 30 weeks... ADVICE!!

I have an interview to transfer to a different department (as well as a promotion) at the hospital I work at. I’m going back and forth on whether or not to disclose in my interview that I’m 30w pregnant. The dress that I’m wearing is pretty flowy and doesn’t show my bump very much. Let’s be honest, they say they can’t and won’t discriminate, but they do!

Essentially, I would be hired and trained and then be off on maternity leave for 10 weeks and just don’t know if they’ll hire me because of that! Should I disclose it in the interview or should I wait to tell them when/if they offer me the job?
