My daughter wakes up at 8 and then naps once usually from 12-230 and then goes to bed at 7-8

1 my lo wakes up around 6am. Goes down for a nap between 10-11 and will sleep til 1-2. He goes to bed between 7:30-8pm

I was wanting to post this poll too! Evelyn wakes up at 7:30. She typically naps from 11:00-12:30. Then goes to bed about 7:30. She occasionally takes a short 45 min nap around 3.

One nap typically 2 hrs. If it’s less than 1 hr she takes a second nap in the evening
