Is this going to have a big impact?

So today has been an unusual day. I ended up having to bring my baby with me to work for the first half of the day. Since I brought him, I didn't bring my pump. However, on my lunch, I was able to bring him home to my husband, but when I did I completely forgot to grab my pump. Now I've got another five hours of work (well, it will be 5 hours between when I get off and the last time I nursed him) and I'm worried that not pumping through the rest of the day is going to impact my milk supply. I know I sometimes go that long or longer at night without nursing (on the rare occasion he sleeps), but is that plus not bring able to pump in that 5 hours going to impact my supply? I already struggle to make enough to feed him and to pump, and there are days I dont pump enough for a full day so I'm kind of freaking out here. I have no way to go get my pump now that lunch is over, and I don't have anyone who can bring it to me today. I know this is probably a stupid question that strangers on the internet probably can't answer anyway but I'm super worried and it makes me feel better to have a community to vent to lol.
