Newborn given Fentanyl

My son was born with HEI. He’s just five days old now. He just finished the “cooling” and “rewarming” process, but was sedated for those four days with fentanyl. He was on it since hour two of him being born. Now that he’s off of it, I’ve noticed him having full body shakes and having tremors. He also has muscle tightness in his arms and legs and cries whenever someone tries to move his arms. They’re doing an MRI later on to check for any neurological damage, but say it could be fentanyl withdrawal and/or the stress he’s been put under during delivery and since birth. Thing is, my delivery was only an hour and a half and he had no signs of distress during. The reason he has HEI is because his body temperature was at 101 when born and his PH level was slightly high. He also swallowed a large amount of fluid and meconium before coming out causing him to need respiratory help. Im just so worried. The chances of him having CP are gone, he’s had no seizures and was monitored with EEG for five days to be sure. He has no brain bleeding or anything. Do you think his muscle tightness and shakes has to do with the fentanyl?? If anyone has gone through something similar or has had a child with HEI, or gone through the cooling and warming process, I would love to hear your story and any symptoms your child had after the fact.
