Csection + baby #2?

Question

Hi ladies.
Any mamas who had a csection get pregnant within 4-6 months after having their first ?
How was your pregnancy?
We’re you obligated to have another c section or were you allowed to try VBAC?

They advise you not to. Your wound isn’t fully healed... not even alittle bit. It can cause many serious risks. They usually say wait about 2-3 years cause that’s when it’s healed. You will have to have another cesarean

Omg this sounds terrifying to be honest. My doctor seriously warned me not to try again for another 12-18 months after a c section

I got pregnant 5 months pp. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with baby number 2. This pregnancy has been pretty basic. I will also have a repeat csection. One thing thats been heard is I've pretty much been pregnant for 3 years😅 I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks May of 2018. I had my daughter May of 2019 and I will be having my son July 2020. The babies being so close was not on purpose I had switched to a new birth control. somewhere between that switch I fell pregnant. We definitely are blessed to be so fortunate with our babies.

I conceived 7 months PP and had a c section. My boys will be 15-16 months apart depending on when this one decides to come. I have the option to Vbac and my OB actually is very pro Vbac with all the new research that's come out. If I go into labor before 42 weeks I will be attempting it, I have a c section scheduled for when I am exactly 42 weeks though as a back up.

My second was planned to be induced at 39 weeks unfortunately the nurses referred to a ultrasound during a false alarm two weeks prior and said I wouldn’t be 39 weeks till after midnight so while waiting the dr wasn’t satisfied with my baby not moving So I went into a c section. My little one is now 2 years and 3 months old. I’m due for my 2nd c section March 17! I was offered vbac from day 1 but I chose to have a repeat c section just because I have little ones already and will be tying my tubes I just feel that it will be easier for me. I even miscarried about a year ago so my son was barely over a year old and the doctor told me if I hadn’t miscarries I would have been able to try vbac still. It depends on your situation and your doctor

The recommended wait time between kids to have a vbac is a few years. It also depends on the circumstances you were in to have the csection. If there was immense trauma and your body can’t handle a vaginal birth then your doctor will most likely never allow a vbac. 
A planned csection isn’t anywhere near as bad as an emergency one. My body healed so much better afterwards with my planned one than with my first.
