Nail help!!!
Soooo sometimes I pick at me toe nail (yes Ik it’s gross, it’s a habit) and I’ve actually stopped, but I think I messed up the growth. They’re not growing as fast anymore or barely at all, and they’re really really small now. I need help on how to help them grow back to where they should be. Please help 😫
