19 weeks tooth sensitivity

Has anyone experienced this?? I was eating a potatoes last night when the heat was sending a shooting pain up to my brain (it felt like). Well today I can even drink any liquids (hot or cold) without getting a shooting pain. I'm hoping this has something to do with pregnancy instead of major teeth problems.

Side note, I had a root canal in November so my thinking is that if it is just tooth problems . They would've caught it the same time they caught the tooth decal
