Bodypump 🏋️‍♀️

Looking for some advice from other pumpers!

I’ve done bodypump for yearrrrs! Sometimes 3-4 times a week. Over the holidays I slowed down. Maybe once a week and then I didn’t do it for about two-three weeks because of vacations and whatnot.

Well now I’m pregnant. I’ve known for about a week. I went to bodypump this morning, and I went down on my weights because I figured I would feel weaker from being away for so many weeks. But holy crap it was still so hard! I had to stop so many times.

Anyways. I want to keep going to bodypump. Any tips on staying with the class throughout pregnancy?
