Am i in Labour? *Update*

I’ve been having contractions/B.H since Thursday night. I’ve had a constant pain in my pelvis and pinching/pain on my cervix.

Today I’ve started having to poop almost every time I feel a very strong and painful “contraction” I’ve pooped about 12 times today. I’ve been peeing every 2-3 mins. I’ve been feeling wet in my underwear like I’ve peed and when I sit on the toilet I go pee/have fluid come out. I’m wondering if my water is leaking, because how can I have to pee every 2-3 mins for the last 10+ hours

I’m wondering if I should go to the hospital and get checked (my OB is out of town rn) I just don’t want to be told it’s nothing and feel discouraged and go home with this pain and symptoms still

I am in active labour and admitted to the hospital ! I was 6 cm dilated and I am waiting to have my water broken
