Boils in Low Places

Ok so I have a boil or a cyst....on my clitorus. It's swollen enough to resemble a penis even though husband swears nothing looks differe there. So much pain. Been sitting on a heating pad all day. Did 1 sitz bath earlier. Soaked a paper towel in ACV and applied it, left it to sit while I did dishes. I am at my wits end because lancing at the OBGYN looks dreadful. Its been there since Wednesday. Should I wait it out or make an appointment? I get boils all the time just never there!! This is just terrible....especially for my husband because even though I am in pain I got to hear "oh great an excuse not to have sex"
