I get no help UPDATE

Me and my boyfriend have two kids together (one that’s not biologically his) a 6 year old and 4 month old. When my youngest was born he was really helpful. Perfect In anyway. Now he doesn’t help with anything. Doesn’t spend much time with the kids(we live separately due to some relationship problems during my pregnancy) I have talked to him many times and he doesn’t see how he’s not there.. I have been up with baby since 2am and it’s currently 4:15am and I have work at 5-5. This is the first night he has been around with the kids and I for weeks. I’m starting to feel resentment towards him... what would you do? He says I’m just being crazy & emotional

He doesn’t come to appointments( we have appointments weekly for my baby) I work full time. Figure out babysitters. School schedules. Etc

I get that I’m mom and most responsibilities men don’t take care of but I was a single mom for 4 years to my oldest and it felt a lot easier than this.. I love him a lot but Idk what to do 😭

He has woken up many times, seen us awake and just rolls back over

He’s always wide awake for sex.. If I even lay next to him he wakes up to try to get laid but lately I haven’t been feeling it

On the nights he works I’m really calm with him because he does work graveyards, but he only works 15 days a month and I work Monday-Saturday.

It’s really hard cause when is there and when he does interact he’s a really great father. And I know he loves the kids.. but I feel so alone in this relationship. And if I bring it up, we always end up fighting about it..

I always tell him we need a date night, but something always comes up and we need to reschedule, he’s not cheating, I just don’t think this is the life he wants... idk

Update; we talked and I explained my concerns and he said he didn’t even realize he was stepping back. He’s not trying to. He said he will do better to be there for me and our kids.. I hope he means it
