The pain AFTER birth.. it's been 4 days of hell.. it's too painful to wee it feels like someone is pushing a knife inside me... I cant/wont poo everything is so so swollen I cannot poo so I have awful stomach pain and gas... my milk has come in full force... my boobs are like massive rocks that are so sensitive and hurt to carry....

Stool softener if you’re not taking already! Lots of water !! Wearing a very supportive sports bra or nursing bra, the boulder boobs suck because you also can’t get comfy when trying to squeeze in some sleep. The first month is the hardest because your body is healing while your learning about your baby and what they like . Hang in there!

I pressed a warm washcloth against the front part of everything down there and my stitches when I finally pooped five days after birth. The counterpressure helped me feel the muscles again and made it hurt a lot less. Plus a peri bottle with warm water 24/7.

Yes, after isn’t fun but at least you have a cute baby to cuddle. The first poop was so scary but not as bad as I had anticipated. I lived on those frozen pad things.

Get a peri bottle and spray warm water onto your vagina as you pee! And laxatives/fibre! Those things both saved me.

And try putting cold cabbage leaves on those boobs (unless you are breastfeeding!) that really helped me

Are u using the spray bottle to clean and put warm water on your bits n Bob's, stool softner too and excercise will help too. Something warm on ur vagina n butt will help loads. I just struggle with the blood smell

Earth mama perineal spray!! And witch hazel pads! Those are the only two things I used and I swear to you they helped TREMENDOUSLY

Hang in there. My first it took a couple months for my body to have normal bowels. It SUCKED! There are prenatal probios you can take to help that is safe for nursing. That helped. Plus yogurt, stool softeners etc.
And be aware the hormones after, whether vaginal or csection, might make intimacy painful for months afterwards. No body warned me of that for the first baby and it was devastating thinking my body had something wrong. Its normal!
