Would you leave this guy? Please help

Backstory I was in love with him for a while but I think my feelings have overall subsided. Would you keep speaking to/trying to pursue something with someone who

-Lied to you before

-Flirts with other women but says it's not serious

-Treats you like a girlfriend and calls you a girlfriend but when asks says we were never together

-Made you feel insecure

-Is hard on the outside but actually sensitive inside

-Is not good at responding/leaves you on read for a day or two

I tried to some up my experiences as well as I can instead of telling a long story about them because it would be super long. I dont know why but I was in love with him. I still have love for him but dont feel the same. When hes in a bad mood or sad about something he kind of goes AWOL and doesnt talk to me for a couple days and I cant stand the inconsistency. One day he will be calling me babe saying he misses me, the next day he wont respond at all or will leave me on read.

Everytime I try to tell him I cant do this anymore he reels me back in. Well today I told him I think we shouldn't talk anymore so I think I'm finally done with him. Even though it's hard and I really like him. I am done. I know you probably wonder why I like someone like him it's just hard to explain I guess. Am I making the right choice?

UPDATE: He responded saying we're better as friends and said he will always be here if I need anything. Also that I deserve someone better than him.
