Beyond Overwhelmed

I just started typing out my long story, but couldn't bc it's too overwhelming. But long story short, IVF is really our last option, we're in limbo on approval with insurance bc if it's not covered we can't afford it and even if it is, only 1 round would be partially covered. I dont know if I can emotionally take it not working and spending all this money on it and then having no money for adoption. This is the worst major life decision I've ever had to make...
