Help..

Late period but no other symptoms.. could I be pregnant.

I’ve recently came out of a really toxic relationship that has sent me into such a dark spiral of abusing alcohol and drugs, and sex as a way of trying to feel better. I’ve been black out drunk to the point I can’t even walk and I have been having one night stands that I am ashamed of because I have more self respect but I’m just at such a low point every bit of care for myself has gone out the window. I am late by my period by 2 days, I’ve slept with 4 people since the beginning of December. One with a condom, one said they pulled out, the other I got the morning after pill and the other said he pulled out. I have been very reckless but does anyone have any help or advice they could give me ? Please do not judge me in just a damaged heartbroken girl I’m only 18 so I’m young and being stupid. Pls be kind ❤️
