Sent to labor and delivery today

So today was kinda scary. I came down with a cold this weekend and last night noticed baby was moving a lot less than normal. Thankfully I had a doctors appointment already scheduled for this morning. I get in there and my dr checks me out and puts the Doppler on my belly. Usually baby is right there with a strong heart beat and she seemed to be struggling to get a good read today. She immediately sent me over to the hospital labor and delivery ward to get IV fluids and put baby on a monitor for awhile. A bag and a half of fluid later and some lab work and I’m home with doctors orders to rest and sleep for the next few days, but also with a UTI. Baby is feeling better, he kept kicking the monitor towards the end.
