First pregnancy.. is 14 weeks too early to feel movement?

Question

My husband was using a doppler to find the heart beat. I felt a "roll" and told him to check there, which is where he found the heart beat. 
Is it too early to feel the baby? I feel like it's all in my head, but yet I was pretty sure I did. 🤰🏻🤷‍♀️

No it’s not too early. At 14 weeks with my daughter I was able to feel her & I could see from the outside and video tape it!

I don’t know sometimes I think I feel stuff too I’m 13w5d 
But I also have a anterior placenta so apparently you won’t be able to feel their movements till your farther along. But I swear I’ll feel little movements here and there
