Unsure about how to go about this sexual situation

So I was having sex with a boy and he asked me to turn around and when I did he grabbed my arms and held them behind my back. After a couple of minutes it began to hurt and I asked him to stop, but instead of stopping he grabbed my wrists tighter and kind of push me down a bit. He didn’t stop until I was able to wiggle my arms out of his hands. It took me a matter of 30 seconds to a minute to free myself but situation almost made me cry bc I physically had to free myself from his grip. I’ve been talking to this boy for a month and we’ve had sex before. I consented to having sex but changed my mind after a while bc it was hurting me. How should I go about this experience?
