Is it normal to have ovulation cramps & negative LH while cramping?
i didn’t take any opks until i felt the cramping then i took one & it was negative. that’s normal right?
trying to figure out when i ovulated bc i cramped jan 9,10,11 but had negative opks each day & didn’t know if that meant i didn’t ovulate 😓
