Prenatals recommendations that are not in pill form?

So I have a hard time swallowing pills and I’m currently take gummy prenatals but I’ve read some stuff that they don’t have all the nutrients I need😕 what would y’all recommend!?!

Capsules work because you can break them open and pour them into your water/juice/whatever. These are wonderful because they’re food based and have very pure ingredients. I used them for my entire first pregnancy.
Gummies don’t have iron, so if you want to continue taking them you’ll need to take a separate iron supplement.

Flintstones complete have about the same values as prenatals. I compared so many different brands and these were really comparable to the prenatal I was taking. They have a lot more nutrients than gummies. I took these and supplemented with additional 400 mcg folic acid (1000 mcg during first trimester) and DHA. I’m breastfeeding and still taking these. 
Make sure you get the complete. They have iron.

These gummies taste good, they come in JUST the prenatal version and honestly they're usually only 15 dollars . I can't swallow pills well either!!

They dont. They also dont absorb as well. Switch to softgels or talk to your doctor about what supplements you need to take in addition to them.
