When to start OPK after miscarriage

When should I start with opk after miscarriage?  I feel kinda lost.

So sorry for your loss 😓 with mine I was pretty familiar with my cervix and cervical fluid. I didn’t start testing with OPKs until I stopped bleeding and my cervical fluid was thin and stretchy. At that point my cervix was also open and soft.

I started testing soon after the bleeding stopped and counted that as a “period” in my app. I usually ovulate around cd13 but didn’t until cd18. Still currently in my fertile window.
