Bug bites ?

I’ve been very itching lately mostly on my arms neck and legs. I’ve noticed I have these bumps all over. Their small kinda red (but mostly my skin tone) and itchy. They itch mostly when I’m sleeping and when I take a shower, I’ve also had a small rash on my upper lip. Could this be bug bites? Or a possible std please help I’m scared 😞 I’ve also been itchy after sex my doctor recommend yeast infection cream so I’ve been taking it I’m scared 😞
