Chemical Pregnancy: looking for advice, experiences both good and bad...

Yesterday I got my positives. The lines on the tests were light, but digital said yes so I thought I must be good. Later in the morning I started spotting ever so lightly, not enough to show up on underwear, only when I wiped and it was light brown. I called my ob and told them so they had mr in for hcg draw. I had to wait until today to get results so this morning I took another cheapie and there was no line progression. Got my results back from the draw this afternoon and my ob says my hcg is at 10. He said it’s very likely this will be an unsuccessful pregnancy but he wants me to wait a week and go in for another draw. I’ve had no spotting since yesterday morning and still no period. Has anyone had such a low first draw and had a successful pregnancy? I tested and had the blood drawn the day of my expected period. Thanks for any advice or insight.. the waiting is awful. I want to just know what’s going on for sure. 😔
