What to feed my almost 8 month old?

My daughter doesn’t have any teeth yet so I have been feeding her baby food 3 times a day but she is getting tired of it and has been refusing to eat it. When I do give her tastes of my food she loves it but I don’t know what she can have and what she can’t. I have given her like mashed potatoes and she loved them but idk if that’s an okay thing to do regularly or not.

It doesn’t matter if she has teeth yet. The first teeth are for biting, anyway, not chewing. Chewing teeth don’t come until much later. Their gums are strong enough to do all the chewing. 🙂

Go ahead and share your food! The only thing you really need to avoid is salt, so make your food without salt, take out a portion for her, and salt the rest if you want. That’s what we do. 
The rest to avoid is common sense stuff - no hard candy, whole grapes, whole nuts. Anything that can’t dissolve quickly and is large is a choking hazard.

Just try soft foods for now n make sure u watch her...they can still choke

My first was eating broccoli and pasta fish and rice etc by 8-9 months

My son have his bottom teeth. They are not much use at this stage. He still eats everything I eat. Feed baby. Just start with soft foods.
