vagina help?

so i don’t know where to post this

i’ve been having weird vagina dryness. like on my vulva and inner labia, i haven’t been dry, but i’ve been drier than normal. like to where it’s very noticeable. but inside the hole i’m at my normal levels of fluid. (this isn’t in a sexual context, just everyday). also just today i had very mild cramps in my groin area in the middle and right side for an hour or so then they went away.

i was wondering if anyone has had this same thing before, or if anyone can think of a cause?

i’ve been having normal protected sex for a while, but recently i had unprotected sex twice, not that i think that has anything to do with it but just to say that. but both times he pulled out and i’m also on the nexplanon implant.
