Sleep regression?!
So just this week my 18 month old is suddenly taking an hour to an hour and a half to go to sleep at night. We didn’t change anything about his routine so I can only assume this is a sleep regression? He just lays in his crib and rolls a ton and kicks the walls and rubs his eyes and then stands up and yells for us. Anyone have any tips that worked for helping? I dont know why but it gives me to WORST anxiety just seeing him still awake for so long after we put him down 😬
