Anxious about std testing

I haven’t been tested for stds in 6 years and I’m anxious to get tested. I’ve just been putting it off because I’m anxious and scared to see the results. I used to hoe around a lot and had unprotected sex with a few guys like 5 years ago. I haven’t had any symptoms but now I’m ttc and I’m worried I’ve hurt my chances and made myself infertile. I already hate myself so please be kind.

What are the chances that I have an undiagnosed std all this time?
