Peppermint oil shampoo

Please no rude comments. Im already stressed out enough.

So long story short...

My youngest daughter caught lice at school. Super cool...

We went to the lice treatment center and I paid $200 for it to be treated and picked at.

The lice lady told me to use peppermint shampoo... so I came home and put 10 drops of peppermint oil in my shampoo bottle

And then I get home... use it. Wash my hair with it

And read peppermint oil should be avoided in pregnancy... I’m 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant. IM SO NERVOUS. Do I stop using it? What do I do? And one time use so far. Baby will be okay right?
