Some questions

Hey everyone I need your help I first thought I was only a couple weeks pregnant but I’m going back and think about it after my first doctors appointment he thinks I’m around 10!? I was think about it I think I might be around 7 weeks and it would explain why my belly looks bigger than it should at 4 weeks ??! I’m going for my first ultrasound tomorrow I’ll share with you all what the outcome will be and for the girls who read my story the update with my boyfriend who is also the father he’s still locked up but his court date is soon so hopefully he gets out on bail he’s 16 I’m 17 for those wondering wish us luck
