Best diaper rash cream? My sons on antibiotics and it has made him have diaper rash for the first time. What do I need?? He’s screaming in pain at every diaper change

I used this all the time and I saw someone recommend in a comment. It was the best! But someone also suggested if it doesnt clear with cram, it could be yeast. You can actually use the over the counter stuff to treat, get a 7 day yeast infection kit and apply at diaper changes.

So I had to add a product... Iv used this for my son, but if u can, try and leave him naked for a little, to let it air it out, if he’s mobile try and trap him somewhere easy to clean, also don’t use wipes, a warm wet wash cloth is better. It’s so hard to cahnge them when they are in pain
