What happens if you get a pos opk tests on different days separated by a neg opk test ?

I got a bold pos opk on cd11. On cd12.... the line was there but lighter than the control line. Then I took another opk test on cd14 and the lines were the same color. Definitely confused now. Today (1/23/20) is cd19 for me. WHICH DAY should I really count the lh surge? If I take an opk test today- I’m wondering what will the results be. Is it possible that I conceived IF it shows a second line-regardless of intensity of color compared to the control line? #HELP
