Thats bs. Sorry. Women dont determine the sex of the baby. The men’s sperm does. So even if a woman was vegan or vegetarian that doesn’t increase the chances of having a girl, because men determine the sex.

I have been vegan for four years and I’m having a boy. Diet doesn’t determine the sex of the baby. Sperm does.
