This has been happening during my current pregnancy with my son! Never once with either of my daughters. But it’s the sensation I got when I nursed my daughter and my milk let down. But as to why I’m getting it now during my sons pregnancy, I have no idea as I’m not even leaking yet 😂

It’s happened to me with both of my pregnancies but both nipples. OB said it was normal but it does suck
