Ultrasound On Ovaries - missed my window?

Okay so I had an ultrasound on my ovaries to see where I was at on ovulation and to see if J had any follicles to get an hcg injection... this was yesterday (Wednesday) day 14 of my cycle...

My OB said that she believes that my follicle had already released... my hubby and I did the deed 3 nights in a row and skipped night before appointment..

Anyone every have this happen and still get pregnant. We made sure to bd last night... just hoping that one evening didn’t miss our chance...
