I have a question for moms who have had a previous early baby

Hi I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant with my second child I nervous about possibly going into labor early. My last pregnancy every thing was routine with no complications. During my 37 week appointment I was checked there was no sign of possible early labor I was not dialated at all. 2 days later I called my ob told them I thought I was having contractions but they didn’t hurt and we’re not regular. They told me they were Braxton Hicks. After another day of the Braxton–Hicks I finally went to get checked then at 37weeks and 3 days I was told I was 4 centimeters dialated and my water was broken.

My question to any mom who’s had one baby early like around 37 weeks naturally. Was your second baby early too or maybe even earlier?

I’m worried because I’m 5 years older and in a more active job I’m worried I will go into labor before 37 weeks.
