Think I may be pregnant again after miscarriage🥺

I got pregnant last year Sept 2019 I went all the way to I was 6 week pregnant had a miscarriage Oct 5th. Bleed for 4 day November I came back on November 5th. December I was suppose to come on end up been 11 days late I came on around the 16-19. Ok this month have not been on my nipple are sore I been nauseous going on 2 weeks now. On January 9 I started spotting den it got dark like I was about cum on but only when I whipped only last an hr then gone. Took 3 pregnant all came back negative. Do u guys think I have a second of being pregnant or nah?
