Pregnant with twins!!
Today I went to the ER expecting the worst.
This is my first pregnancy and I've already been so nervous about anything going wrong.
Well, I got my first ultrasound and found out not only that my baby was okay. But that BOTH my babies have strong heart beats at 6 weeks and 5 days.
First I felt relief. Then joy. Then shock. Then panic. And back again....
As a first time mom and 6 year NICU nurse I know nothing and everything about what I'm getting into at the same time.
It's so scary and exciting, I just had to share. 💕
