34 weeks overheating/hot flashes?

Ever since last night ive been feeling like my body is over heating and constantly sweating. We keep our room pretty cold when we sleep and i had to take off my shirt and sleep without covers while my husband said he was cold. I still feel hot and sweaty but no fever. Is this happening to anyone else????

Same thing with me! I’m going on 32 weeks and I have 3 fans pointed on me all night with no covers and I still wake up sweating! And I live in Michigan so it’s plenty cold out right now lol

It’s Normal. 31 weeks and I sweat all night. It’s to be expected. Dr says to keep hydrated.

My doc said its the hormones i sleep complete naked fan on me window cracked (its winter forreal in michigan lol ) everyone in the house freezing sneezing coughing bundle up im sweating hot miserable trying not to die ugh i hate it

I can’t sleep at night unless our thermostat is 64 and under with a ceiling fan on and sometimes the window open. I live in the Midwest so it’s very cold outside. Never have I gotten cold this pregnancy.

Yeah I sleep with a fan directly on me and the house at 67 degrees my boyfriends freezing and I’m sweating. During the day I get bad hot flashes too. my doctor said it’s because of the extra blood in our body. Totally normal don’t worry!
