Need advice!! A clot and 6 weeks

I had a clot yesterday, I had no cramping or leading up to that, no spotting. It’s now been 24hrs since & after I went to the doctors yesterday she performed a vaginal ultrasound. She said I was about 6 weeks and 2/3 days. She sent me to get blood drawn my hcg levels were 31889 and today I spoke to her, I told her no blooding or spotting since that one blood clot. She said she thinks I’m going to miscarry and started talking about all my options like dnc or taking a pill. She said based off my hcg she should of seen a heartbeat yesterday. I am very worried and upset.
