Should I break up with my boyfriend for disrespecting me?

My boyfriend and I are both 17. I stay the night at his house to avoid my alcoholic uncle (Who I sadly live with) and his mom works until 9 am. I woke up in the middle of night and heard him downstairs on the phone with a friend. They were talking about sex and I overheard my boyfriend say "She kinda tastes bad but I ignore it because stuff like that can fuck up self esteem" and he started talking about how I always hit him when I'm on top and his face starts to hurt (It's hard to explain but I have a lot of built up anger from different stop and my bf lets me take it out on him during sex) I kinda started crying when I went back upstairs because I do deal with bacterial vaginosis but I use boric acid suppositories & I take probiotics so I thought that would clear my "issues" up good. My boyfriend came back upstairs and saw that I was crying and he was like "Hey im sorry. Just talk to me" and I basically told him to f off because I feel disrespected that he would blast me like that. I just went back home and he's been texting me but I muted his number. He really doesn't get how disrespected and embarrassed I feel.
